Happy Monday Motivation! 

Welcome back, thanks for being here, for sharing and if any of you know where in the HELL January went, please let me know! WOW that went fast! (I guess I was having fun, eh?!)

This month is all about ACTION! But what month isn't?! Baby steps. BIG LEAPS. Whatever you can do is still movement... progress! In the past 11 days of February, what have you done? Not done? What did you want to do or perhaps didn't think you could do, so didn't?

Why do I keep asking you about taking ACTION? Well, without action there is no progress and you'll have no growth. We all know it takes action to create a REaction! Good or bad, it will happen. And, if you're full of doubt and fear, most people won't take action. (Pssst guess what... lack-of still allows for something to happen!) But I guess if you don't take action, you have something to blame, eh? 

Listen in, and think about what's something you thought you'd have done by now? (insert groan) What happened? Well, that's why I'm always on your ass to check progress, so you can determine what's going on, what's DISTRACTING you. Because... what you ALLOW is what will continue. It's time to yet again check to see what's going on. We're 6-weeks into the year, let's check ourselves and make sure we're on track! If you are... AWESOME, keep on keeping on! And, how will you STAY FOCUSED? If not, determine what's distracting you and... MAKE IT STOP! 

This week, look at your goal sheet, put a GIANT checkmark next to if it you've achieved it... and give yourself a SELF HIGH-FIVE, and if not, make a note next to it as to what's distracting you and WHY! 

And, if you can't, email me and let's make it stop TOGETHER! (You don't have to be local for me to help you!)
