HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!
Yep, welcome back to the weekly podcast NO MORE EXCUSES!
Yes, as the title implied... it's ALWAYS EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
Am I right? I know I am I just like I hear it! :)
It feels like we were just here. Listening, me writing, recording and rambling. At the end of each week, if ya know me or have listened to these podcasts for more than a minute, you know I like to review each week. I like to see what I accomplished. What strategies worked and what I need to adjust.
Easier said than done sometimes, eh?
So is practicing what you preach! That was last week's podcast (you should know that!) Learning to DO as you DO, not just as you SAY! And yep, the last two podcasts (that's 108 and 109 in case you're slow) I've told on myself!! It's not like I'm making this shit up people! I am LIVING IT! And sometimes life is...
Easier SAID than DONE!
It doesn't matter if we're talking diet, exercise or growing your business. We all tend to TALK and not DO. What are we looking for? Affirmation? Agreement? Approval?
Listen in this week as I tell on myself once again and how the Universe kicked ME in the ass and got me going!
I'd love to hear from you about when you thought and talked and THOUGHT and TALKED about doing something (adding a new product or service or tweaked an old one, or hired someone or FIRED someone.... made a decision) because you decided it was time to DO and not just SAY.
