Thank you for another year of listening and sharing these weekly podcasts. And thank you for investing in YOU! I want to give a shout out to Sophia from Canada for her recent email to me. After almost three years of weekly podcasts, I was thinking about "what's next", and her email helped me decide to continue these podcasts in 2019!
I've heard from many of you throughout the year and I greatly appreciate it! I've enjoyed hearing successes, challenges, frustrations and how just a few words have helped. And... all of you have helped ME!
If I didn't hear from you, I trust that you KICKED ASS to FINISH 2018 STRONG!

And... NOW it's time to define your WORD for the YEAR! Why? Because if you have a "word", you will ACHIEVE your goals, you will BUILD upon who you are, and where you are today! You can download the worksheet by clicking here from my website as well!
You'll have to listen in as I go through the worksheet and I talk about how I came up with it one morning during a workout and how it helped me achieve GREAT things in 2018!
Once you choose your WORD, see how it aligns with your GOALS. And, when you do your progress checks - if anything is off-track, it's easier to see what and why.
