Let's get to it! In last week's podcast and in my social media posts, I asked WHAT'S NEXT? I probably created that question for my clients, and YOU, because it's always on my mind! Yes, from this little "habit-loving" girl... "WHAT'S NEXT?"
Habits help you stay FOCUSED, and answering the question WHAT'S NEXT helps you get out of the wash-rinse-repeat life. It helps you think BIGGER about what you're doing to help you achieve your over-arching goal(s), and WHY!
This whole thing... life, business, and the attempted balance of both is like rubbing your belly and patting your head at the same time, isn't it? Remember learning how to do that as a kid? How many times did you screw up? Well, listen in this week as I talk about how to do it and how it relates to current life as an adult.
And if you think about it, you've never stopped trying to "rub your belly and pat your head" have you?! I did it while I was recording this! And I do it EVERY. DAMN. DAY!
What about you? And think about it... did your friends call you a loser because you couldn't "rub/pat" at the same time? Did you QUIT? No... you kept trying! Perhaps they helped you! And that's what we continue to do! [And if anyone does call you a loser... send me their information!]
