HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to the weekly podcast, NO MORE EXCUSES!

Last Tuesday I got back from Vegas and hit the ground running! Although I did some networking while out there, I used the pool-time to clear my head, brainstorm and recharge so I was operating at 100% for my crazy FULL week of client meetings, networking and speaking!

What about you? Have you practiced NOT multi-tasking like I talked about in Podcast 165? How have you done? Remember, if you're multi-tasking then you're NOT 100% present. You're also not operating at 100% if you're tired, overwhelmed or stressed out! 

And, of course, last week's podcast, I challenged you to change your mindset about "WHAT IF"! Taking it from a negative to a positive. I mention in this week's podcast a few of the ones I heard from. 

Mindset is a very tough but POWERFUL tool! It's interesting how a simple shift of your mindset, a change of perception about something can be so LIFE CHANGING!

In this week's podcast I talk about a dinner I was at, where one of the people at the table talked about trying a food in his adult years and how mind-blowing it was! How his perception of the food was so wrong. Ironically myself and another woman had experienced the same thing! Hmmmm, what food you ask? You'll have to listen in!

It truly is amazing what we hold onto, and how unaware of how much it is holding us back! Yes, something as simple as trying a new food to shifting our thoughts about WHAT IF!
