This week I talk about the difference between Resolutions and Goals. I discussed it every year and I share why people fall short on them.
And, now it's time to CHOOSE! Your WORD OF THE YEAR that is! Listen in this week as I share the activity on how I chose my word, and the worksheet I createdthat I use with my clients.
Doing this activity will help you think deeper than just "choosing a word". I also talk about my conversation with my Mentee, Sherice and what she does with her WORD! It inspired me to think more about my WORD and how I WILL LIVE BY IT this whole year!
The word you choose should truly resonate with you, align with your GOALS, and even more important, help you stay grounded and focused when facing frustration or tough decisions.
Yes, a WORD of the YEAR should be that powerful.
