HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

As always, I appreciate you listening, reading this, and for investing in you and connecting with me on social media. I may sound like a broken record to those of you long-time listeners, but hey, that’s ok… someone needs to hear it today!
Last week’s podcast I shared about how SHIT HAPPENS and, that it happened to me. I also talked about how I recovered because of making my lists, and especially for prioritizing my actions. Which is practicing what I preach!
I was able to get back on-track and accomplish what was important first, not just anything that was on my list, and... most definitely not NOTHING! Which happens a lot! I call those, the “Bon-Bon moments”. For those of you too young to remember what Bon Bons are…, well for that I’m sorry! But they are – or were – delicious ice cream nuggets and the commercials were all about sitting on the couch eating them and forgetting about the stress and shit show happening around you.
When people get stressed out, anxious, frustrated or whatever else causes them to get off-track, many tend to just shut down vs. figuring out how to get BACK on-track, and that’s what I refer to as the infamous “Bon-Bon Moment”.
Don’t worry, we’ve all had them. Men and women! So, how do you avoid them?
NOT just by practicing what you preach, but PREACH WHAT YOU PRACTICE!
