It’s time to welcome the month of MARCH! And time to get a move on!

What’s your goal for the month? And WOMEN don’t say “feed my kids and wash my hair”! Those are not FRIGGN GOALS! Unless for some reason those are straight up challenges for you… then there are probably some underlying major issues there and I have a therapist I can recommend to you.

March. It’s month three of the first quarter, so time to kick things up a notch! Especially for those of you who tend to not get going until now. Well, it’s time to WAKEY WAKEY and get going!

Men and women… let’s LEVEL UP!

Mercury Retrograde is over, so NO MORE EXCUSES about the weird shit there either!

Listen in as this week I talk you through checking your progress on your 30 and 60 day short-term goals. Remembering that last week's podcast I asked you to do this as well, but to look at what you're AVOIDING and if there's RESISTANCE showing up for you.

If you did not achieve them – what happened? What got in the way? 

And, if you did, how can you LEVEL-UP? Your goals don't always have to be SUPER hard, but they should help you learn something! 

Even if you did NOT achieve your 30 and 60-day short-term goals, it’s time to look at what you your 90-day goal is and what you WILL do this month to make it happen.   

So, this month you need to really DIG DEEPER as these short-term goals help you create the progress to achieve your bigger goals for the year.

And yes, then let’s discuss the RESULT. The “WHY” behind achieving the goal. For example, if your GOAL is to start a business… why?

What RESULT do you want to come from it?

Perhaps more freedom or flexibility. Higher income potential. Or – something I do NOT recommend comes out of your mouth… “Oh I think it will be fun”!

YES! IT BETTER BE FUN! But that shouldn’t be WHY you want to start a business!


This week I share examples of goals with and without the "WHY" to help you hear and understand the difference!

There truly is a difference between doing something just to do it, and having a purpose by identifying the results you desire.
