HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION
Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses.
Thank you for being here, for listening and sharing this podcast with others! Welcome to week 295! That’s over 5 ½ years of doing this. And here I am, coming at you with a new recording, and something we tend to only focus on once a year at this time… being thankful.
Last Monday’s podcast was about changing your mindset about things – and I asked what you’ve changed your mind about, and realized you were wrong! What did you come up with?
SHIFTING your mindset from a negative outlook to a more positive one is hard but is so rewarding. And I am VERY thankful I changed mine.
Listen in today as with this week being the week of Thanksgiving, I decided to share the Oxford Dictionaries definition and the difference between being grateful and feeling thankful!
They are very close! You tend to SHOW gratitude because you have a thankful feeling. And I’m not here today to pick that apart, just to make sure you use those hashtags appropriately. After the never-ending panDamnit, we all need to feel thankful and show some gratitude.
I mean, last year sucked one million %. The beginning of this year was better, and I will say that I hope you are finishing this year as strongly as I am! Yet another reason to feel THANKFUL!
The theme this year in my podcasts has been about LEVELING-UP: Growing. Recovering. Rejuvenating. And now, we’re looking at the last month-ish of the year and really making those necessary, and sometimes painful shifts to make sure you will LEVEL-UP and finish the year STRONG!
This week I want to share with you how THANKFUL I feel for all of you: listeners, returning and new clients, and the friends we’ve made out here in Cali.
Listen in today as I show you how THANKFUL I feel, by showing some gratitude, but you have to listen in to get the instructions on how to receive that gratitude!
As I end all my books:
I’m very thankful and choosing to be grateful… what do you choose?
Let’s have a great week full being so thankful that it carries on beyond this week!
Cheers!
Sandi
