HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION

Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses.

Thank you for being here, for listening and sharing this podcast with others! Don’t panic – but just letting you know there are only four weeks left in the year… and well, there are also STILL four weeks left in the year. I will always say hey “don’t let up” but if you planned accordingly, you may be able to take your foot off the gas and enjoy the holidays a bit more... BUT ONLY IF you have your shit together!

Last Monday’s podcast was about making sure you’re doing a weekly review and set up for the next week every Friday. I don’t know about you, but my Friday was NUTS!

Listen in today as I share about my new app for my women's TABOO Tribe launch and how I still, no matter how full my week was, I did my end-of-the-week review and prepared for this week that has an even tighter schedule!

Habits don’t start overnight! Let’s get in the rhythm first. Let’s take baby steps to create the habit and THEN we can start leveling up. Right?

Like I mentioned in my opening statement, if you planned accordingly, you could relax a bit. But if you didn’t, how will you continue to push, drive, and achieve those goals?

I share all that I accomplished last week, and how it’s been fun, and will help me develop a new habit of staying in touch with more people and creating new content.
