Spring is a time of change. I’ve talked a lot in the past “Springs” about spring-cleaning your goals. It’s also a good time to spring clean everything! For some that means your mindset, your environment – maybe even staff! And don’t forget to look at your marketing, the services or even products you offer and yes, your habits.

When you’re reviewing your GOALS and progress and you identify what’s distracting you and WHY, then you can more easily understand what’s going on… and WHY!

Do you need to change your routine? Create a healthier habit? Do you just need some time off or a full vacation?

What do YOU need? What will help you achieve your 30-day, short-term goal as well as your 2nd quarter goals?

In today's podcast, I talk about a new client I met with and what he needs to help him, and how I will help him.

I LOVE it when clients have aggressive goals, but I also want them to be realistic. I’ve had a few over the years, where I’ve said -and I’ve talked about it on this podcast – don’t try so much all at once! They all said the same thing, “Oh I can handle it! I’m either all in, or not!” And within weeks, they quit everything… even me. Mainly because they didn’t want to admit failure or that I was right!
