Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses!

FOCUS!

It can be a very tough thing for people to find, let alone KEEP! 

As the days, weeks and months fly by, we need to continue to build-upon what we have done. GOALS, big and small, give us something to focus on. And yeah, that doesn’t mean we stay focused 100% all the time.

Sometimes if you don’t break the goal down into smaller goals, you can get overwhelmed and shut down. That’s why I always recommend for people to set the BIG goal and then work backward to make sure what you do weekly and monthly helps you make progress and is easier to stay focused.

In today's podcast, I talk about what helps me stay focused, and how the "OH SHIT" list can get you into trouble and steal your FOCUS!
