Man, I KNOW it wasn't just me that felt the transition from July-to-August was a SHIT SHOW! It was a week of HIGHS and lows. For a couple of my clients I met with, as well as myself it felt like that ride at Disney - Space Mountain! Where you get on a speeding train, get flung around in the dark, you can barely see or think. And you don't know if you want to laugh, cry or just SCREAM!
Last week's podcast and social media theme was about knowing when ENOUGH is ENOUGH and getting overwhelmed and potentially burning out. And I know personally (I go through this shit too!) and as a coach I sometimes take on the energy from a client, that sometimes you DO HAVE TO JUMP! It's hard to get off of the "crazy train".
The key is learning how to STOP the madness. But it is hard. For now, it's learning how to recover. Listen in this week and tell me, how do you "shake a week from Hell off?" Well, and then WHAT'S NEXT?
