Ok, NOW we can get onto the madness of the week! FOCUS! ha! I'm exhausted after "having to" focus so hard for so long to prepare for the two national conferences I spoke at! Which went very well! It's hard to STAY focused regularly let alone when you're preparing for something big!
Last week's podcast was about applying FOCUS to something you want to achieve by the end of the year and seeing how much progress you can make. Yes, creating BOUNDARIES, EXPECTATIONS AND HABITS will help you create and keep your focus. But yes, it's easy to have it stolen from you, isn't it?!
Listen in this week I talk about what was stealing MY focus, and how I handled it. My "environment" wasn't set up for SUCCESS, so I took a break from my conference prep and FIXED MY OWN SHIT! Listen in and then email me what's DISTRACTING you, and what you can do about it!
