Excuses, Blame and BULLSHIT is "what"! I'm sure you turned your clocks back! But did you complain? Did you BLAME the time change for your lack of motivation? It's always so funny to watch Facebook and listen to people blame the time change for them not achieving something. "It's too dark", "I slept too long", "I can't adjust"... it's interesting how this isn't new, but people use it as an EXCUSE!
Last week I travelled and slept 9 hours two days (which is very unusual for me) and didn't have get time to work on my book (my 1-thing-a-day-to-finish-strong challenge), but I won't be blaming the time change or my work, I made adjustments and dedicated MORE time to it on another day.
What about you? How are you doing with finishing the year strong? This aligns with last week's podcast in regards to shifting your mindset, like my clients did, so you change your attitude toward something that's been overwhelming so you can FOCUS. Once you focus you can make progress and knock things off your list.
There's a lot of things to complain about, like the time change. But, what would you rather do? Think about how you want to live. Think about what you want to achieve. Think about your mindset - your attitude and being OK if you don't do something today... just don't give up! And most definitely DON'T BLAME!
