HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to the weekly podcast No More Excuses! Thank you again for listening, for your input and for sharing this podcast. AND for connecting with me on social media!

I love hearing from listeners – clients or not it's exciting to connect and see on Facebook and Instagram people loving what they do! Letting their BADASSNESS she brightly! It's contagious!

It's like when you hear someone laughing – you know the kind, a big, genuine belly laugh! The kind that makes YOU laugh! Letting your BADASSNESS shine, and sharing your confidence and success should be the same!

Too many people I know still live in the "I wish I would have" world and I hate it for them. Last week's podcast was about confidence, but also NOT doing something due to lack-of confidence or perhaps someone poo-pooed your idea. I heard from a couple people who shared something they have always wanted to do but haven't because of that. And the two women are ones I consider total BADASSES!

Sometimes it's timing, but many times that timing comes from your support system – your environment – the "who" in your world. Think about a time when you weren't confident or sure about doing something, and you shared your dream/goal/idea with someone. Did they ENCOURAGE or discourage you?

Playing devil's advocate can be good [I get paid to do that!], but is that what they are doing, or are they just not being supportive due to their own lack of confidence? I've heard from lots of people that they tend to NOT share their dreams with others for that exact reason... afraid of what they will hear.

You'll have to listen in this week to hear about the comment I received from my mentor, Hazel. How her support is the reason I am a Coach and I am where I am today! But not everyone has that support in their life.

Her comment is what has kept and keeps me going when I've struggled. What about you? What keeps you going? I look forward to hearing from you!

And, if you don't have the confidence to take that step or aren't sure how you can keep going, email me! Let's talk!!

Have a great week!

Cheers!
