HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!
Welcome back and thank you for listening and sharing this podcast with your network! With this being the week of Thanksgiving here in the U.S., I will say I am truly THANKFUL for all of you! Yes, it is the week of Thanksgiving here in the U.S! It’s the beginning of the Holiday madness with family coming in, or perhaps you traveling and kids being out of school. Cleaning frenzies, cooking, baking, shopping and decorating. Black Friday. Cyber Monday and lots of Christmas music and movies!
This week is also the week, like I mentioned earlier, to be THANKFUL. People tend to reflect on what they’re thankful for. And it can be hard to be thankful all the time can’t it? Especially when shit’s going sideways! Unexpected car repairs and other b.s. expenses (We’ve had thousands of unexpected expenses since our move, so I’m feeling it personally). No matter what is happening, including it just being the season of slow down for your industry, it can easily take over your mind and screw with your mojo!
In last week’s podcast I talked about, yes, the results you’re playing for to finish the year strong, and your homework was to think about how you are / your business / career are DIFFERENT from Jan 1s to now. What did you come up with? I heard from Nicole from Rhode Island – she stopped her side business to refocus on family, friends and HER health and many others that I mention in this week's recording.
Again, what about you?
Last week I also talked about my monthly group – that’s where the question came from as we were discussing their 2020 goals. It came to realization that they needed "PERMISSION"! Sometimes we need someone to say, “it’s ok to.... [fill in the blank].
