I hope this podcast finds you healthy, and well that you are DOING YOUR BEST! I thought I was doing my best, until I went to the grocery. NO! Not to find toilet paper! You'll have to listen in as it was all part of the roller-coaster ride of emotions that we are ALL going through. 

In last week's podcast I asked what new routine or habit that you're doing now that you realized you LIKE and will keep - in some form or another once we've been released from quarantine. 

I did hear quite from quite a few people! Many are the same... cooking regularly / planning meals isn't as hard as I thought to slowing down and making time for family. We even borrowed some puzzles and well, kind of like it vs staring at yet another movie!

And this week, listen in as I get share what I've been working on and how I have pivoted, and how it's gone. Not like I thought it would. So what does that mean?

What can I do about it? Nothing? Sit and wait and "hope"? Nope... I have to learn and shift my mindset.
