HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses! I know I say it every week, but I really appreciate all of you listening week after week!

THANK YOU!

Last week's podcast was an interview with Lee Bridges, author of "Do Shit. Get Shit Done." Did you listen in? If you didn't find it already, there's the video interview on youtube - click here for that!

Lee gave you three tips to help you "get shit done". Did you try any of his tips? Did any one resonate with you more? Did you "get shit done"? All advice - we even touched on it in the interview about why listen to him - or me - instead of someone more well known. And the thing is, no matter who is giving the advice, sometimes it's EASIER SAID THAT DONE, isn't it?

Even when I tell you to "JUST DO IT"! Well, sometimes it's not that easy to just take that first step.

And, you'll have to listen in this week as I share my own experience about how it was NOT as easy as I thought. When I went to "take that first step" and HESITATED!

YEP... ME. I FROZE IN MY TRACKS!

It was a crazy that happened to ME, but it was also a great learning lesson that it is "easier said than done" sometimes. And, I share why I hesitated and what happened.

We've all hesitated at some point. That first step can be brutal. And, like Lee said in the interview, "You'll probably screw up the first time... but what else are you going to do?"

Listen in and then share with me - email me - or post in the comments what happened with you.

Have a great week full of STEPS!

Cheers!
