Last week’s podcast was pretty in your face about making sure you’re walking the walk, not just talking the talk. Not just “telling” people what THEY should do, but preaching what YOU practice. I wouldn’t preach FOCUS if I didn’t practice it Every. Damn. Day!

It’s hard! I know! My man-candy called me out on that the other day. HaHa. We all screw up or get off-track occasionally. But remember, in the previous podcast 243, I talked about that! I talked about when shit goes side-ways and how to recover quicker. How to actually recognize that things aren’t getting done and how to NOT roll into a “Bon-Bon Moment” or start with the excuses, blame and bullshit!

With just four weeks left in 2020, it’s about staying ON-TRACK as much as possible, staying focused, decreasing your excuses, and increasing your MOTIVATION!

I know, I know, I KNOW… many times easier said than done. But it’s time to put on your positive pants, get shit done and FINISH THIS YEAR STRONG-ER than you thought possible.
