HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION
Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses.
Thank you for listening and sharing the podcasts and connecting with me on social media.
We are just flying through February, aren’t we? Time flies when we’re having FUN, and I know I’m having fun, what about you? I hope you are, and, if not you must click here to email me right away to discuss why not!
Not every day will be fun and games, but you should be at least enjoying things for the most part. Last week’s podcast was about LOVE! Identifying what you love about what you do or something in your life, and what you don’t as that’s what needs to change.
What did you come up with?
The goal is to do what you love! There’s the saying, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life”, yeah I tend to call BULLSHIT! Ha-ha. It’s STILL work! Shit still goes sideways and some days are hard or suck the life right out of ya.
Focusing on things you love to do will help you attract more of the same, but it will also help you enjoy things more and get you through those “not-so-fun” days, moments, decisions and tough conversations.
The saying I used earlier, "Time flies when you’re having fun", kind of sucks doesn’t it? It should slow down so we can enjoy the fun times even more – don’t you agree?!
Listen in this week as I talk more about that and get you thinking about how, with people being Zoom’d out, we have to embrace the way things are, and find the FUN in virtual events!
Remember, I put the FUN in FUNtivities!
And, change is only painful if you resist it! So, why not step INTO it and see what new, amazingly badass shit you can discover and accomplish?
We all have to recalibrate the way we think about virtual.
Listen in as I talk about how, after a very full week of Zoom calls, meetings, etc, I was exhausted and energized. And, how I recalibrated my thinking about virtual.
Have a FUN week! I look forward to hearing from you!
And, as always, if you are NOT having fun, or can't figure out how to answer my challenge, schedule a session with me now! It will help!
Cheers!
