HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION

Last week I gave myself permission to relax, rejuvenate and get refreshed as I knew I had been feeling “off” about the podcasts and didn’t want to just toss something out there and it not be worthwhile! But if you missed it... message me and let me know!

So the previous Monday’s podcast was about having the mental capacity to do the shit you don’t want to do, but know you need to!

Learning how to take the time to clear your mind so you can and will think and DO proactively versus reactively. Which… I did!

In today's podcast, I share what MY goal is, and YES, I announced it in January when I shared my goals. I also announced it for the Q2 goals, and now... well, I need to STOP TALKING and START DOING!

NO MORE EXCUSES... right?

Think about yourself – who you want to become ­– be known as? What big ass goal do you have that it’s just been like… ugh. We all “say” we’re going to do things, but how? And again, do we really think we can?

That’s what I wrote about in my first book, “From There to Here!” (Available on Amazon!) In today's podcast, I share what the book is about... ME telling how I had "said" I was going to do a lot of things, but hadn't and had NO plan!

So even as we all face the half-way point in this continued crazy-assed year, I’ll ask you “WHAT IS YOUR PLAN?” What will you do in the next 30-days – or by the end of June – to help YOU?
