Happy Monday Motivation! 

Welcome back to No More Excuses podcast. It's going to be a great week. A week of progress, motivation and habits. YEP HABITS! Good ones that is! Despite already having my morning stolen from me... but why is that? Because I allowed someone who was emailing and messaging me to distract me from my "FOCUS LIST"! 

Yep, I allowed it. So, now I have allowed an HOUR to pass and could either let it trash my day, or REGROUP, REFOCUS and REGAIN control vs. just throwing my list out, continuing with this frustrated feeling and saying "well, it must be Monday!" NOPE! Not happening. I got this! This is MY day!! 

Ok - sooooo, habits. What are yours? How do you see they help you stay FOCUSED? Save time? Achieve more? We all have BAD habits. And we tend to focus on THOSE vs. working on, creating new, developing our GOOD habits. The ones that help us. 

The last couple weeks of podcasts have been about FOCUS, how lack-of hurts your progress, motivation and ability to achieve your goals. So this week, I want to have you look at your HABITS. What is it that you do, you "know you need to do" and will start doing which can help you?

I'm officially changing my "to-do" list name to my "FOCUS LIST"! And, am back on-track. See... if I did NOT have that list next to me, I may have allowed that person to totally screw up my day. I've in control... how about you?
