Happy Monday Motivation!

Thanks for listening and sharing (you ARE sharing... aren't you?!) And as always, thank you for commenting and emailing me the answers to the challenges!
Last week you were to determine what was stealing your focus and how to reclaim it! If you haven't yet, go back and listen in and then come back! With being so close to the end of the year, it's a good time to get a handle on, and start setting up better boundaries and expectations.
Then, listen in this week as I talk about two clients who came in to meet last week, and their homework was to do just that... create boundaries! I was very excited to hear their successes with this and how they felt by creating these healthier and sturdy boundaries! It isn't easy as people will continue to try to knock them down.
This week it's all about learning HOW to sustain. How do you keep the new boundaries and clear expectations? HABITS! Yes, I've talked about habits quite often, but they truly are the backbone to survival... and SUCCESS! Many people hate them, but it's not really the "routine" they hate (although that's what they say), it's the fact that you have to LOOK AHEAD! And that's hard to do when you live in such a reactive world!
