The last few weeks podcasts have been about BLAME! Who & What we blame for our lack of progress. I've shared storied about clients who finally realized they were blaming others for their lack of progress toward a goal - their SUCCESS. And, I've also shared their success stories once they changed their mindset!
As I've also mentioned... CONSISTENCY is KEY! Once you stop the blaming, own your shit and create the PLAN, you will see the progress. But... what happens when you STOP doing what you "said" you were going to do? You saw the results! You were excited by the results, so what happened?
Well, if you're not going to keep the consistency and newly formed habits you created, then you can't bitch about the less-then-stellar results now can you?
We all need a break. A vacation. A weekend with friends. Sometimes you get sick. Even a business trip can throw you off-track, but... are you prepared for it? Again, if you don't figure out a way to keep the consistency going during these times, the lack of results are on you! Don't start blaming again!
Listen in this week as I talk about a new client who wasn't necessarily blaming, although she did have a few excuses about lack of time (although she said she's "not a morning person" and "doesn't like to get up when it's cold and dark"!) But... what she was doing, was focusing on what was NOT getting done. Listen in to hear what we talked about, and created to help her shift her mindset.
