Last week's podcast was about reviewing your year - and all week I posted ways to do that on social media to remind you. Right now IS when you need to review and reset so you can not just finish strong, but FINISH STRONG-ER!
Today also is the two week mark when listener, and podcast guest Nikki, gave you the challenge of starting a new habit and keeping it going for TWO WEEKS!
What did you do? What was the result?
MINE: to connect with 2-3 people each day - a few days a week. The RESULT: I feel more connected. I found out a few things about people and why I hadn't heard from them. Some good, some not. But at least they know they have been on my mind and why stop? I know more than 10-12 people! I actually had a Zoom call with two of my long-time friends. The three of us graduated high school, had kids at the same time and have had a shit ton of fun together and now, we all live in different states. It was great to re-connect. It helped my energy and mood as well!
If you did NOT do that challenge, now is about the best time. Otherwise, you'll just find excuses.
NO MORE EXCUSES!
Seven weeks left in 2020. I wouldn't say YAY just yet, because shit isn't going back to the way it "was". So, how are you going - and GROWING - forward?
