I mean, many times I set them earlier in the 4th Quarter, however, with the “name that we shall never speak of again”, was still in full force, so I delayed mine, and most of my clients until now.
But, there are lots of ways to KICK-START the new year, including you being here listening so thank you for that!
And, the rest is by setting:
GOALS. RESOLUTIONS. INTENTIONS.
These three things are so important to getting to that next level! They are very different, and people get them confused a lot. Listen in as I share official definitions!

In this week's podcast, I share what GOALS I did achieve - I didn't realize until recording this how BIG my goals truly were! I also share what BIG goals I did not, and why. Yes, 2020 may be the first year I give "passes" on unachieved goals. Not just because I didn't achieve mine, I have some goals I've had on my sheet for years... but we all know what 2020 did to so many people and their goals.
While some people could have easily thrown their goal sheet in the trash, others were achieving theirs without issue.
It's a NEW YEAR. What needs to be carried over... and why? What NEW goals do you want to achieve?
So. Many. Things. But, this is how you can stop looking back, wishing shit was "like the good 'ol days" and lean into the new change of pace with intention, and yes make the strongest RESOLUTION you've ever made.
