Last Monday’s podcast was about how to focus more and STOP multi-tasking so you can be more effective, productive, and fully present with whatever you are working on or whomever you are meeting with.

With all that I have been preaching about, what more could I possibly get on your ass about or ask you to do? Well, last year on this day – podcast 239 – I talked about the BS excuses and blaming I had been hearing from a client. And, I asked about habits. Which fits right into the end of the year!

YES! Habits help you achieve your goals.

As we continue to fly into the 4th quarter, we now need to be even diligent so we can LEVEL-UP and finish the year STRONG!

Why do I talk so much about HABITS and reviewing progress?  Because by the end of each quarter we sometimes can start to slip, or get lazy with our habits, environment and everything that helps us succeed.
