HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION

Last Monday’s podcast was about breaking the cycle of “saying” you’re going to do something and actually DOING it! Stop talking and start doing! Not just set the goal, but create the action steps, the PLAN! AND, check your progress so you can stop making bullshit excuses and start making amazingly BADASS things happen!

How’d you do? What did you do?

In today's podcast, I share what I heard from some listeners and clients who did some great things! And, even I DID what I said I was going to do! I STOPPED TALKING and DID IT! I worked on my book three different times!

And the next step… SUSTAINING that action! Really making sure you FEEL and SEE the RESULT of your actions and how it is helping you get closer to your GOAL!

When I work with clients on their goals, I try to get them to envision the RESULT of achieving the goal to help them really understand more than the achievement… the FEELING you’ll get by achieving it.

It's all intertwined. Personal and professional life that is. If one is off, it affects the other part of your life and your goals. Yes, we can all get unbalanced at times, and I get asked a LOT about balance. It’s all relative to what you do for a living, what and who is in your personal life. It’s not the same for everyone. 

Sustaining the momentum without burning out. Yes, there is a fine line there!

It’s more about keeping the momentum going now that you’ve seen what you can do, and how it will help.

Making sure that you continue to FEEL the achievement.

It’s like when you know you’re going to do something that you’re very excited about! You’re excited, antsy, happier just knowing what you’re about to do – the FEELING you have.

Yes, you’ve heard of VISUALIZATION. Many people, including me have a vision board. It helps keep your goals and ideas in front of you. 

Listen in as I share a couple things about my vision board and how I use it to "feel the feels" and FOCUS on the feeling of achievement.
