And honestly what can you do to be more “selfish” for you personally not just professionally? I’ve preached about that a lot over the years! I have my listener Nicole who had a baby and has embraced every moment of maternity leave, and listener Steve in Arizona who starts his mornings out by the pool with his reading time! And my sister in Georgia calls it her “quiet time” where she likes her time to drink her coffee and just wake up… and I just invaded that for a few days!
Your daily ritual could be morning or evening! It doesn’t matter when, because it’s YOUR time and it will help you avoid burnout!
