HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to "No More Excuses," the podcast where we cut through the bullshit and get down to business.

Today, I'm zeroing in on a silent PROFIT killer of your business: inefficient processes and procedures.

These hidden time-suckers are eating away at your bottom line and arm you with three badass tips to whip them into shape.

Here's the thing, you've got a business that's running, but it's like a car with a flat tire – sure, it moves, but it's a bumpy, slow ride. Inefficient processes are like those flat tires, dragging you down and making every mile cost more in time, money, and sanity.

They lead to errors, delays, and a team that's frustrated and can deflate your team's morale. It doesn't matter if you're a sole proprietor or a multi-million-dollar business!

Processes and procedures help you reduce inconsistencies, mistakes and lost time fixing shit and handling angry customers!

Listen in as I share some examples of how I've helped clients identify broken and missing processes & procedures, and how by creating – AND USING THEM – has helped them increase productivity, reduce mistakes and create happy customers!

It's one thing to have them, it's another to FOLLOW them! We've all had a staff person, colleague – or someone at home – ask "How do we do this?" or continuously do something differently than you need it done. THAT should tell you something is wrong, missing or broken!

Share a process or procedure you put into place and has helped you succeed!

Until next time... Be BADASS!

Cheers!
