Happy Monday Motivation!
Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses! Thanks for listening and sharing this podcast. I appreciate you taking the time to listen and reply with your comments!
It's always fun hearing from you, and with last week's podcast being about "getting the noises out of your head", hearing HOW you do that and that I'm not alone with having a notepad by my bed! Some of you email yourself, and I had one person say she takes about 10 minutes before bed to reflect about her day and think about tomorrow and write down any stressors, concerns and if there's truly anything she can do about it right then.
The last few weeks, starting with podcast 161, which was about having honest conversations with yourself, getting the noises out is really about learning your mind so you can MOVE FORWARD! So you CAN and WILL take the steps you need to create action, make progress and ACHIEVE your GOALS!
Personally and Professionally we all have to get from Point A to B, right? How do we do that? What's Next? We can't get there with a shit storm in our heads can we?
It's time to get out of your mind and into your life!
Listen in this week as I talk about what I do to help clients and hopefully you'll understand more about the last couple weeks suggestions to get that "storm" out of your head so things LOOK differently! Trust me, it looks a lot different on a sheet of paper or a whiteboard than it does swirling around like a tornado in your head!
