OMG! YOU MUST LISTEN IN as this week I did something I've NEVER done... I have a guest giving tips on mindset!
Last week's podcast was about purging professionally, which plays off of everyone purging/de-cluttering your homes once we went on lock-down. So, I challenged you to do the same in your professional life! Sort through business cards, file folders, stacks of papers, binders and even contacts in your email and social media. How'd you do?
Listen in this week as I share some of what I did, and, yes, I asked Chandra Medina a mental health professional and life coach to give tips on the "last purge" as we begin our "re-emergence".
Mentally, many people are having anxiety and want to stay "quarantined" and that's OK. However, at some point, we must re-open. And, we need to listen to Chandra and use her tips to be able to mentally be ready and able to handle things. Even if "YOU ARE OK", how will you react to someone who doesn't seem to be?
We are still in uncertain times, as we begin to dip our toes back into the outside world, and figure things out. Stay healthy, be smart. And... SHARE THIS PODCAST! :)
